How do I lodge a return?

You will need to fill out a claims form online. Please lodge a return claim via the link above and our customer care team will be in touch. Once your claim has been processed and approved, you will be provided with a ‘Returns Authorisation’ number and instructions for return of the product. 

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been received and processed, our team will immediately process your refund. Please allow 3-7 business days to receive the funds back on your original method of payment. 

Do I need to cover the cost of returning the product/s?

The Beauty Chef will not cover the cost of shipping as per our terms and conditions below. The customer is responsible for return postage fees. 

We recommend that you return your product via Registered Post. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore, we advise you to insure your parcel. The Beauty Chef will not be responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure. 

If a product I wish to return was part of a discounted set or bundle, will I receive the full price of that item?

If you return an item that was part of a discounted set or bundle, you will not receive the full price of that individual item. Instead, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly. 

I have purchased from The Beauty Chef in the past but wish to try a new product. Does the 30-day glow guarantee apply to the purchase of a new product?

Yes, if this is your first time trying a new product, you will be eligible for the 30-day glow guarantee.
